Tribe Integrations and Plugins

On the API side of things, you’ll find that Tribe connects with various tools such as

  • HubSpot
  • Intercom
  • FullStory
  • Hotjar
  • Mixpanel
  • Amplitude
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Slack
  • Zapier
  • Discord
  • Google Analytics
  • MailChimp
  • Cookie Consent Management
  • Custom code

Benefits

  • Simple interface and easy navigation
  • Easy to setup
  • Customizable interface
  • Modularity and comprehensive API

Drawbacks

Its drawbacks, on the other hand, are these:

- It is not possible for the user to upload photo when replying to a person's initial post. So, if a user posts a question in the forum, such as "Does anyone recommend a great beach to go to around here", it is not possible to respond with text and then upload a photo of the beach you recommend
- There are features such as adding all existing members to new spaces all at once, that I'd love to see implemented
- There were a couple of missing parameters and endpoints in the API documentation.

Tribe Documentation and Support

Tribe has a comprehensive knowledge base to help you learn how to use it. If you ever find that you need any help in using the app, and depending on which plan you go for, you will have good customer support available. It has excellent ratings across the board.

You’ll find that you have High control over your community, with its workflow based interface. You might also notice that Tribe is very responsive and highly secure.
