Subscription-based app where users can see all restaurants or nearby restaurants, where users can easily claim drinks for free (one per day), once they've upgraded and paid for a monthly subscription.
We developed a subscription based app where users can see all restaurants or nearby restaurants, where users can easily claim drinks for free (one per day), once they've upgraded and paid for a monthly subscription. We allow users to see a log of all the drinks they've redeemed. One cool feature that was added is users are able to change their minds after claiming a drink. Let's say they chose a Mojito to claim for free, but when browsing they found a Gin Tonic they really want instead, users can click on a button to "Claim another drink", which means they can switch from the Mojito to the Gin Tonic, which gives users more flexibility. On the restaurant's end, we allow restaurants to add drinks, and add a limit of claims per drink, as well as add all their restaurant details, including location, logo, name, social media links, description, and more. Since the objective of the app is to give restaurants more exposure. We also added some dynamic FAQs on how to use the app, so users know exactly where to click and how the app works.
Our client wanted an app that allowed users to see nearby restaurants based on their location, both in a list-view and a map-view. He wanted users to be able to see the restaurants' details, and the drinks they offered while being able to get one free drink a day. Users can click on any drink and see its details, such as image, ingredients, etc; and with the click of a button, they can claim that drink for free, go to the restaurant that offers that drink, and redeem it. He needed the process to be as easy as possible for both restaurants and users, which is why we generate a barcode, and a numerical code, for each claimed drink so restaurants can easily scan it and mark it as redeemed, keeping track of the drinks they gave out for free.
